J. Grant Caldwell, PE

American Wick Drain Corporation (AWD) is proud to announce that J. Grant Caldwell, PE has passed the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) Examination administered by the National Council for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) and been granted licensure in the State of North Carolina by the NC Board of Examiners for Engineers & Surveyors.

Grant graduated from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC in December 2012 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and received his Engineer in Training (EIT) certification shortly thereafter.

Grant began his employment career with AWD in March 2015 as a Technical Support Engineer based in our Monroe, NC corporate office. In the past 4 years, Grant’s abilities and experience have contributed to AWD’s continued growth and success in the geocomposite drainage industry.

Grant would like to express his gratitude to his family at home and his family at AWD for their continued support and patience through this achievement. Many hours go into preparing for the exam and compiling the associated documentation and it wouldn’t have been possible without the tremendous help and understanding he received.

Grant’s commitment to becoming a NC State registered PE has been all consuming for the past few years and AWD congratulates him on this monumental achievement and continued future success and growth with AWD.
